Bringing luxury hotel living to Cambridge’s iconic new residence.
Faced with a failed South East Asia and UK launch with an existing ‘Mosaic’ brand. The client needed a new strategy to market their residential scheme.
Using the visual and verbal language of luxury hotel living to give the Cambridge residence the prestige that it’s architecture and it’s title as Cambridge’s tallest residence deserved. A new brand The Marque was created and applied across multiple touch points. The result - All units sold out within 10 months of the new launch.
